Should you or your companion, for whatever reason, not be completely satisfied with your purchase, then you can complete these steps to obtain either;
- A replacement bag
- A full refund of your purchase amount
To ensure a refund or replacement you must;
- Return the unused portion of food, a minimum of 50% is required, to the retailer from which you purchased it.
- Return the food in its original packaging.
- Return the food with your proof of purchase/receipt.
- Return the food within 21 days from purchase.
